Terms of Use

These Terms govern the use of kanoe.maison and the interaction between the user and Andrey V. Kremnev, sole proprietor (hereinafter — KANOE).
1. Definitions
- “Site” — the web resource at kanoe.maison and all its subdomains;
- “Operator” — Andrey V. Kremnev, sole proprietor (INN 760308750123, OGRNIP 306760329200022);
- “User” — any person using the Site;
- “Content” — texts, images, graphics and other materials published on the Site.
2. Subject of the agreement
These Terms set out the conditions for using the Site. By using the Site, the User accepts them in full.
If the User does not agree with the Terms, they must stop using the Site.
3. Use of the site
The User agrees to:
- not disrupt the Site or place excessive load on its infrastructure;
- not use the Site to distribute unlawful information;
- provide accurate data in requests and orders;
- comply with applicable law and the rights of third parties.
4. Requests and enquiries
Through the Site the User may send a request or an enquiry about products. The Site does not sell goods or accept payments; a request is an enquiry and is not the conclusion of a contract. The terms of any deal are agreed separately by the parties.
The Operator may contact the User using the provided details to clarify the request.
5. Intellectual property
All Site Content, including design, texts, photographs and logos, is the exclusive property of the Operator or is used on a lawful basis.
Any copying, reproduction or other use of the Content without the Operator’s written consent is prohibited.
6. Limitation of liability
The Site is provided “as is”. The Operator does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of the Site and is not liable for any damage arising from its use.
The Operator is not responsible for the content of external resources linked from the Site.
7. Personal data
The User’s personal data is processed in accordance with the Privacy Policy published on the Site.
8. Changes to the terms
The Operator may amend these Terms unilaterally. Changes take effect once the new version is published on the Site.
9. Governing law and disputes
These relations are governed by the law of the Russian Federation. Disputes are resolved through negotiation and, failing agreement, in the manner established by law.
